You may need to request your maternity notes for various reasons, such as planning another pregnancy, reviewing your previous labor, addressing concerns about past events, or processing a traumatic experience. I’m here to assist you. Once you request your notes, you can either send them to me or, if you’re local, I can pick them up. We’ll discuss your concerns or questions, and I will review the notes to help clarify any issues. If I’m unable to address certain questions, I can help you prepare questions for your doctor or midwife. I’ll compile a report that we can review together, either in person or via Zoom, depending on your location. The report and our discussion will be sent to you for your review, with the option for a follow-up if needed.
